Who we are

What data we process

• Data you send us: name, company, email and message content, when you contact us by email or through the form.
• Technical access data: like any website, our hosting provider logs technical information such as IP address, date and time of access and browser type, for security and service operation.

The contact form

The form on this site does not store or transmit your data on its own. When you click "Prepare message", your email app opens with the text filled in, and the message is only sent if you choose to send it.

Why we use data

• To reply to your message and move business conversations forward (pre-contractual steps, LGPD art. 7, V).
• To keep the website secure and running (legitimate interest, art. 7, IX).
• To meet legal obligations, where applicable (art. 7, II).

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking and behavioral analytics tools. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, a Google service that receives the visitor’s IP address and technical browser data to deliver the files, under Google’s privacy policy. No other third-party service is loaded on our pages. To remember the language you chose, the site stores only that preference in your browser (local storage), without identifying you. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by providers that help us operate, such as our website hosting, our email provider and Google Fonts, always under confidentiality and security obligations. These providers may store data outside Brazil, with the safeguards required by the LGPD.

How long we keep data

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to reply and follow up, and then for the period required by law or to defend legal rights. Technical access logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.

Your rights

You may at any time request: confirmation that we process your data; access; correction; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; portability; information about sharing; and withdrawal of consent, where applicable (LGPD art. 18). Send your request to [email protected]. You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to mailboxes.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or the law. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
